Grace Calhoun, Director of Athletics and Recreation at the University of Pennsylvania, has been named the Division I FCS Administrator of the Year by the Women Leaders in College Sports (formerly NACWAA). Ivy League to join ACC, Big East Men’s Basketball Officiating Alliance The Ivy League is among four NCAA Division I conferences to join the Men’s Basketball Officiating Alliance that was formed last year by the Atlantic Coast Conference, BIG EAST Conference, Atlantic 10 Conference and Colonial Athletic Association.
